About the Role
Lead the voice of our community at Holstep Health.
We're seeking a passionate Consumer & Community Engagement Lead to develop and implement a co-designed engagement framework that strengthens consumer and community participation across our organisation. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role will drive collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation to embed community voices at the heart of our services.
You'll work closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to create meaningful connections and build capacity for engagement. If you're committed to community-led change and have a strategic mindset, this is a key leadership role for you.
Key Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in community development, community services, public health, or related field
- Proven experience co-designing community engagement frameworks in health or social service organisations
- Strong skills in facilitating consumer and community engagement activities within budget
- Ability to provide expert advice on engagement strategies for diverse target groups
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating community campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable
- Experience working with vulnerable or at-risk communities
- Background in for-purpose community organisations
- Sensitivity to culturally diverse and disadvantaged populations
