YOUR NEW ROLE:

The Manager - Partnerships and Communications role is a pivotal position within the Carers Division leadership group. This position plays a critical role in driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and building strategic partnerships that enhance organisational influence and impact. The role is responsible for fostering high-impact partnerships statewide, and elevating Holstep Health's presence in the sector. This role collaborates with the senior leadership group, cross-functional teams and Carer Gateway consortia partners to establish and implement the strategic engagement framework and drive the development and execution of a strategic plan, that aligns with both the organisation's and carer programs' objectives.

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, innovation, and compelling leadership.

Additionally, this role is responsible for providing clear visibility to the Director Carers regarding actual, and opportunities for, growth in program awareness and demand, while nurturing a cohesive, high-performing, and motivated team.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Reporting to the Director - Carers, this role will:

• Lead strategic marketing and engagement to align with business goals and funding KPIs.
• Develop and execute a strategic engagement and communications plan to boost visibility, demand and partnerships.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across digital and traditional channels.
• Drive partnership development to expand reach and create mutual value.
• Build and lead a high-performing, hybrid team, ensuring clarity, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance and manage risks across all initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles within Business Management, Marketing, Engagement or business
• Proven ability to drive marketing and partnership teams in a dynamic, results -driven environment
• Extensive and demonstrable experience in business management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and organisational leadership
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details of execution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders and external partners
• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
• Proven track record of developing and managing - large -scale strategic - campaigns and initiatives
• Results-orientated with a track record for delivering successful outcomes under tight timelines
