Salary: $85,755.55 + Super + Salary Packaging


YOUR NEW ROLE:

The Recruitment Advisor provides recruitment and administrative support across Holstep Health, under the direction of the HR Leadership Team. This role partners with line managers across the organisation to deliver guidance and support on all aspects of the recruitment process, and acts as the primary contact for applicants, employees and managers for recruitment-related queries.

The role manages a broad range of recruitment activities, including supporting hiring managers with position descriptions, preparing job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, drafting interview questions, conducting reference checks and supporting onboarding. It also contributes to targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for hard-to-fill and business-critical roles.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Responsible for maintain and administer the ELMO Recruitment system.

• Responsible for effective, end-to-end contract administration management, and be the organisational lead for central contract oversight, implementation and execution, in collaboration with Directors and Managers.

• Administer considerable number of complex roles,contracts; funding agreements, financing agreements, service contracts with consultants, contracts associated with the service and maintenance of equipment, contracts for properties, including facilities management, and contracts within goods and services space etc.

• Provide advice to and escalate issues to applicable/responsible contract owners as appropriate.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Demonstrated experience managing contracts within a recruitment or workforce context, including vendor and agency engagement. Demonstrated experience in successfully administering a Contracts Management function.

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to positively influence through effective mediation, facilitation and negotiation.

• Demonstrated knowledge of community health and primary health care services funding practices.

• Demonstrated effective skills in communication, team building and conflict resolution.

• High quality analytical, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to liaise with staff in a multi-disciplinary setting.
